Teochew Mooncake ｜Chaozhou mooncakes, also known as Chaozhou-style朥cake , 朥 character, Chaoshan dialect refers to lard. The cakes baked with lard mixed with flour as the leather bag and sweet stuffing are called 朥饼. The cakes are available all year round, especially during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
