Mandarin duck [2 mung bean paste (with egg yolk) + 2 pure taro paste], made by adding lard and baking, this one contains duck egg yolk.
Chaozhou-style moon cakes are also called Chaozhou-style朥饼, the word 朥 means lard in Chaoshan dialect. The cakes baked with lard mixed with flour as the leather bag and sweet stuffing are called 朥饼. The cakes are available all year round, especially during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
